Advocates for Cleveland Health will host its annual Health Disparities Dinner Tuesday, Nov. 9, at 6:30 p.m. in the Thwing Center ballroom. A panel, featuring a medical sociologist, a primary care development specialist and a nutrition expert, will discuss cardiovascular disease during the event.
