Campus + Community | January 23, 2026 | Story by: Editorial Staff

Case Western Reserve University faculty and staff members are invited to apply for the 2026 Community Engagement Grant Program, which features two grant opportunities: the Community Innovation Grant and the Community Enhancement Grant. These grants are offered to support members of the CWRU community who embody a passion for community engagement by creatively connecting the classroom, campus and community.

Through a juried process, activity leaders will be selected to receive grants in amounts up to $5,000. The best proposals are interdisciplinary, promote citizen participation and autonomy, and support student research.

To be considered for the Community Enhancement Grant, individuals interested must apply by March 6. Applications for the Community Innovation Grant are due May 29.
