The Engaged Leaders Academy is a 10-session, year-long cohort experience offered to faculty and staff who want to explore how they might be more resonant and connected leaders.
The program guides participants on a journey of discovery through conversations, readings, presentations and experiences that provide opportunities for growth and learning and exposure to many resources on the CWRU campus and the Greater Cleveland community.
Participants meet monthly over the course of the year to build relationships, learn from and with one another, and engage with CWRU and community partners. The academy concludes with graduation in November.
