Sears think[box] is looking for four students to serve as Innovation Fellows for a multidisciplinary project team this fall.
The fellows will work on a product development challenge focused on designing a next-gen single-deployment sterile drape for dual 2D/3D intraoperative imaging.
Position Details:
- Term: August 31, 2026 – December 18, 2026 (15 weeks; no work the week of November 23–27)
- Schedule: 15 hours per week
- Compensation: $16/hour for undergraduates | $18/hour for graduates
- Eligibility: Open to all majors; undergraduate and graduate students from CWRU and the Cleveland Institute of Art (CIA) are encouraged to apply.
Fellows will spend their time across market assessment, weekly rapid feedback loops with clinicians, and hands-on product concept development and prototyping.
