Global News Radio (Canada): Dexter Voisin, the dean of the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, discussed the differences between gun crimes in Canada and the United States. “We are using the wrong comparison,” he said. “The U.S. is a huge outlier in the number of its homicides in terms of high-income countries.”
