Attend a Know Your Rights session on immigration law enforcement on Friday, March 27

All Case Western Reserve students, faculty, staff and postdocs are invited to attend a Know Your Rights Educational Session on Friday, March 27, to learn more about their legal options and rights when interacting with Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in the workplace, in public or at home. 

David Leopold, a partner in the Labor & Employment and Immigration groups at the law firm ThompsonHine, and Gabrielle Lincoff, CWRU deputy general counsel and chief risk management officer, will share information and resources. CWRU VISA Office staff also will attend the session to answer questions and share additional resources.

Register for one of the sessions on Friday, March 27:

  • 10-11:15 a.m.: Webinar
  • 12:45-2 p.m.: In-person at Thwing Center Ballroom (lunch will be served)
