Are you considering buying a home? Join Case Western Reserve University’s Office of Government and Community Relations for a six-week home buyer education series that will provide a step-by-step process of the home buying journey—from budgeting and credit to working with a realtor and understanding mortgage options.

  • $20,000 builder interest rate buy-down (for new construction in Circle East District), and
  • $20,000 Greater Circle Living incentive (for qualifying Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland Clinic employees).
