Fifty-one bells, 21,000 pounds of bronze, ONE performer. The McGaffin Carillon is recruiting new members for the Student Carillon Guild. The 51-bell Dutch carillon in the tower of The Church of the Covenant. Guild members will learn the art of playing the carillon and the history of carillon culture. The Guild will ultimately perform daily on the bells and inspire audiences with a diversity of quality music. There will be three information sessions for prospective members: Friday September 18 at 1pm, Sunday September 20 at 4pm, and Tuesday September 22 at 5pm.
