Nationally recognized poets will provide their concepts of the “Nature of Nature” during Case Western Reserve University’s Poetry in the Museum program.
The event will take place on Sunday, April 6 at 1:30 p.m. at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. Registration is required for free admission to the museum.
Featured poets include:
- M. L. Smoker, the pen name for Mandy Broaddus, director of Indian Education for the Montana Office of Public Instruction and a educator, poet and member of the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux tribes in Montana.
- David Hassler, award-winning author and poet and director of Kent State University’s Wick Poetry Center.
- Emily Wilson, designer and printer of letterpress books for Spurwink Press. She also has published two poetry books of her own.
