Become a CWRU Posse faculty mentor

In partnership with the Posse Foundation, Case Western Reserve University is seeking faculty members interested in serving as a mentor for the Posse Program this fall semester. 

Posse faculty mentors are responsible for helping the Posse cohort successfully transition to campus and their college careers by meeting with members individually and as a group during their first two years on campus. 

This paid, two-year position, which requires approximately 15 hours per week, includes three mandatory training seminars the summer prior to scholars’ first semester.

About the Posse Foundation

The Posse Foundation identifies public high school students with extraordinary academic and leadership potential, who may be overlooked by traditional college selection processes. Posse places students at partner university campuses in supportive teams of 10. In addition to support from the Posse Foundation, Posse Scholars receive four-year, full-tuition scholarships and mentoring from universities.
