Research Assistant Professor Fred Butcher and Senior Research Associate Krystel Tossone, both affiliated with the Begun Center for Violence Prevention Research and Education, co-authored a report for the Ohio Criminal Sentencing Commission.
Their report, titled “Impact of House Bill 86 & Sentencing-Related Legislation on the Incarcerated Population in Ohio,” looked into the impact of state legislature on Ohio prisoners, examining its effectiveness.
