More than 6,000 Cleveland police reports getting another look
ABC News 5 Cleveland: Researchers at CWRU will review more than 6,300 Cleveland Police reports to see if the way they were written could have influenced an investigation’s outcome. Specifically, explained Rachel Lovell, senior research associate in the Begun Center for Violence Prevention Research and Education, their work will look for signaling language, or hints, that could cast doubt on the victim's claims.
