New computer imaging method detects lung cancer based on blood vessels
UPI: Led by Anant Madabhushi, the F. Alex Nason Professor II of Biomedical Engineering, researchers are working on a new approach to determine if a patient has lung cancer: using CAT scans to look at changes in blood vessels and regions near a tumor.
