Bon Appetit to offer cooking demo on Italian meals Oct. 15

As part of the Employee Wellness Program, Bon Appetit Management Co.’s new executive chef, Matt Mize, will host a cooking demo on how to make healthy Italian meals. Attendees can enjoy samples of the food during the presentation. The demo will take place Tuesday, Oct. 15, from noon to 1 p.m. in Leutner Commons dining hall, L3 (downstairs, next to the Spot). Online registration is requested.
