The Department of Human Resource’s Organizational Development and Learning Unit will host a webinar titled “Email 101: Professional Communications” on Wednesday, March 19, from 2 to 3 p.m.
This webinar will address the basics of using email in a professional context, how to improve communication skills and how to avoid common grammar mistakes.
The session will be facilitated by Lisa Board-McShepard and moderated by Kelli Caponero.
