Call for submissions for Native American Heritage Month

Case Western Reserve University is home to incredible Native American students, faculty and staff—each with their own inspiring story to tell. To recognize Native American Heritage Month—which is celebrated annually in November—The Daily wants to put a spotlight on the rich Native American and Indigenous traditions that members of our CWRU community carry with them.

Do you celebrate a meaningful holiday, cook a cherished family recipe, dance to a special genre of music, or participate in a family tradition that you’d like to share? If so, The Daily’s editorial team wants to write about you.

Email case-daily@case.edu by Monday, Oct. 26, and include a bit about your journey at CWRU and a few sentences about you and how your heritage has had an impact on your life.
