Campus Services announces new parking rates for the 2026-27 fiscal year

In an effort to keep pace with increasing operational costs, the Division of Campus Services at Case Western Reserve University has announced new parking rates for the 2026–27 fiscal year. Effective July 1, parking rates will increase by 3%. Parking rates have not increased since FY 2024-25.

Please note:

  • Faculty and staff parking fees are eligible for payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis, which typically reduces the net parking cost for employees
  • Parking rates are discounted by 27% for full- time employees earning less than $54,000 annually.
  • RTA monthly passes are available through Access Services. These passes are discounted by 55% for full- time employees earning less than $54,000.

New parking permits are available for purchase at Access Services, located in Crawford Hall, Room 18. Employees who already have parking deducted from their payroll do not need to do anything, as their parking will roll over into the next fiscal year.
