Career Services, Marine Corps hosting Leadership Seminar Feb. 15

Case Western Reserve University’s Career Services Center will host a Marine Corps Leadership Seminar Feb. 15 at 3:30 p.m. in Sears 354. The seminar is built around the Marine Corps’ 14 leadership traits and 11 leadership principles, which are the hallmark of the U.S. Marine Corps. The presentation includes scenario-based examples in which students working in groups identify how they would approach and act in a given situation using these principles and traits. The seminar will also give attendees an in-depth look at the rich history of African Americans in the Marine Corps. Case Western Reserve University and the City of Cleveland will host Marine Week June 11-14, featuring activities throughout the city to increase awareness about Marines.
