This is the last week for the Case Western Reserve University community to experience Uptown Thursdays at the arts and entertainment district located in the heart of University Circle near the corner of Euclid Avenue and Mayfield Road.
Join Cleveland Yoga for a free yoga demonstration with their Mat Throwdown, starting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, on the grass in Toby’s Plaza.
Following the demonstration, the House of Blues will present acclaimed songwriter Chris Allen, who will perform from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Uptown visitors also are encouraged to take advantage of the Play Me, I’m Yours pianos, available on Case Western Reserve’s campus and Uptown until Sept. 30.
Uptown is giving away two tickets to see two upcoming shows at the House of Blues:
