CHECK OUT THE MENU FOR TODAY'S BBQ ON THE QUAD | July 15, 2015

The summer barbecue season will continue Wednesday, July 15, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the Case Quad with a Caribbean theme and music by DJ Kris Koch. This week's menu includes:
  • Asian Vegetable Lo Mein Salad
  • Spinach and Vegetable Salad with Kalamanzi Vinaigrette
  • Vegetable Fried Rice
  • Stir-Fry Vegetables
  • Teriyaki New Creation Farm Burger
  • Chili-Garlic Chicken Breast
  • Black Bean Garden Burger
  • Ice Cream Novelties
Each barbecue event costs $9 per person for one protein and sides or $10 for two proteins and sides. The price includes a full menu, beverage and dessert, as well as a front row seat to the entertainment. Cash, CaseCash and CaseCharge are accepted.
