Who: Healthy contact lens wearers (using contacts for at least 5 years)
In the age group 15-70 years
European ancestry (Caucasian)
No history of a corneal ulcer from contact lenses
What: brief eye exam, answer one questionnaire, provide blood sample or saliva sample, collection of your contact lenses and storage case, and cultures of the eye lids
Where: University Hospitals Eye Institute
How long: 1 Appointment – about 1 hour long
