Panorámicos, the CWRU Ensemble in Residence, will be joined by the Amici String Quartet of the Cleveland Orchestra Feb. 5 at 3 p.m. in Harkness Chapel in a program featuring two works by Cleveland area composer Jeffrey Mumford. Settings of several love poems by Ronsard and Sonia Sanchez also will be featured as well as a musical parody. The concert will include works by Ibert, Mumford, Martin, Shostakovich and Hamlin.
The event is free for all faculty, staff and students.
