CWRU wind turbines help research wind power
WKYC: The university’s most recent wind turbine, located in Euclid, is also its largest. “By having three different sized wind turbines, we help companies right-size their products as well as being able to scale our own research projects,” explained Dave Matthiesen, professor of materials science and engineering and faculty director of the Wind Energy Research and Commercialization Center.
