School of Law Dean Lawrence Mitchell's article “Financialism: A (Very) Brief History” has been reprinted in the latest issue of Tsinghua Law Journal in the Chinese translation.
In addition, Mitchell has written a new blog post, titled “Jobs: Fact, fiction, and how to get one: Part one: Putting the job market in context.” In it, he puts the weak job outlook into perspective, especially comparing it to that in the early 1990s.
The blog, which recently was named one of the top 10 blogs by deans in the country, can be found at law.case.edu/DeansBlog.aspx.
