Neighborhoods by the numbers: How the new Progress Index is a win for CLE residents
FreshWater Cleveland: Claudia Coulton, director of the Center on Urban Poverty and Community Development and a Distinguished University Professor, discussed the need for regular upgrades to Cleveland Neighborhood Progress and the center's Progress Index. The index, which is on its third version and will be updated annually, tracks neighborhood data such as property, income, population, safety, education and more.
