New pro-Issue 2 analysis projects $536 million in prescription drug savings
The Columbus Dispatch: Maxwell J. Mehlman, Distinguished University Professor, the Arthur E. Petersilge Professor of Law, professor of bioethics and director of the Law-Medicine Center, authored a report that found Issue 2 would save up to $536 million in prescription drug prices each year.
