The Connor Integrative Medicine Network at University Hospitals Case Medical Center will offer yoga classes at a discounted rate to Case Western Reserve University employees.
The classes are offered in four-week series.
Floor yoga classes will be offered Tuesdays, May 1-22, from 6 to 7 p.m., or Thursdays, May 3-24, from 5 to 6 p.m. Both classes will be held in Bolwell Health Center 6.
Chair yoga classes will be offered on Fridays, May 4-25, from noon to 1 p.m. (location to be determined).
All classes are $40 for employees ($60 to the public).
