Employee Wellness Program to offer free tai chi class April 23

85The Employee Wellness Program will offer a free activity class April 23. This month’s session will be a tai chi class at 121 Fitness. The class will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. (please note the time change). Tai chi involves self-paced, slow, rhythmic, gentle movements designed to connect the mind and body. Register online.
