The deadline for submitting fall tuition waiver applications to the Office of Human Resources is Sept. 30, but employees are encouraged to send in their materials as soon as possible.
Reminder: Employees using tuition waiver for a dependent child must include the annual proof of dependency with your paperwork. Accepted forms of proof are as follows.
- For a child who is your tax dependent: a copy of the portion of your federal income tax return where the child is listed as a dependent, or
- For a child who is not claimed on your taxes: a completed Child’s Proof of Dependency Affidavit
