Events assistant coordinator (student) wanted at the School of Medicine

The School of Medicine Alumni and Development team is seeking a proactive and professional Student Event Assistant Coordinator. This role offers a unique "behind-the-scenes" look at university advancement, allowing you to help plan and execute high-profile events that engage donors and alumni.

Key responsibilities include researching venues, securing event supporters and donations from local businesses, managing on-site logistics and guest registration, and assisting with post-event donor recognition. Ideal candidates are reliable self-starters who are comfortable communicating with external partners and representing the University with a positive, professional attitude.

This position pays $15/hour and offers a mix of in-office (Sears Tower T101), on-campus, and remote work opportunities. Interested students should submit a resume and letter of interest via Interfolio.
