CTSA program mentoring helps engineers develop innovative rehabilitation therapies
NIH National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences: Michael Fu, assistant professor of electrical engineering and computer science, and Jayme Knutson, associate professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation, discussed how Case Western Reserve University’s Mentored Clinical Research Scholars program helped them to use video games to get stroke patients who use an electrical stimulation device to stick to their rehabilitation therapy.
