Attend the CWRU Food Week keynote address Thursday, April 13, at 5 p.m. in the Iris S. Bert L. Wolstein Research Building auditorium.
Warren Taylor, owner of Snowville Creamery, will present “The New American Food System.” Taylor is an engineer, entrepreneur and advocate of regional economies.
He will explain the reasons he believes America should move from “extractive” to “restorative” agriculture and what steps need to be taken toward the sustainable production of healthful food for the benefit of farmers, consumers and our environment.
