Free cycling class Feb. 12 at 121 Fitness Center

Cycling 200x300As part of the Employee Wellness Program, 121 Fitness Center invites faculty and staff members to try indoor cycling, a low-impact cardiovascular exercise with high calorie burn. It is performed on a stationary bike in a class format, led by a certified instructor who safely takes attendees through simulated routes with hills, sprints and more. The class will take place Tuesday, Feb. 12, at noon in 121 Fitness Center. Register online.
