The Department of Human Resources is offering free flu shots and health screenings to faculty and staff during the Benefits Fair on Tuesday, Nov. 8 (11 a.m.-5 p.m.), and Wednesday, Nov. 9 (8 a.m.-2 p.m.), in Thwing Center’s Spartan Room.
No appointments are necessary.
For flu shots employees must review a vaccine information sheet and complete a consent form prior to receiving the shot.
Employees will need to present their Case Western Reserve ID when checking in.
