The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures and the Slow Food Movement courses in French and Italian will host two cooking demonstrations by chef Julie Berchoux from Paris.
Cooking demonstrations will be held Monday, Nov. 12, and Tuesday, Nov. 13, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. in the kitchen of Village House 5. Monday's demonstration will be in English, while Tuesday's demonstration will be in French.
