Grad Fair

Attention graduating students: Grad Fair 2017 will be held Wednesday, March 29, and Thursday, March 30, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Barnes and Noble University Bookstore in Uptown. Grad Fair is Case Western Reserve University’s official “one stop shop” for all graduation information, services and products. Students can visit Grad Fair to handle their graduation planning and celebration needs, purchase a cap and gown and register to participate in commencement ceremonies. Exhibits from various vendors and university departments will be on the second floor of the University Bookstore. At the Grad Fair, graduates can:

• Register online for commencement ceremonies;
• Purchase regalia (cap and gown);
• Order customized commencement announcements;
• Learn more about The Alumni Association;
• Select and order a class ring;
• Purchase a diploma frame; and
• Make a donation to the Senior Class Gift.

All students earning bachelor's or master's degrees are encouraged to attend Grad Fair to purchase their cap and gown. Bachelor's and master's regalia will remain available for purchase at the bookstore until the end of April. Students earning a professional or doctoral degree may attend Grad Fair if they wish to be measured for a custom regalia purchase or have questions about commencement. Professional and doctoral regalia will be ready for pick up and payment at the University Bookstore May 15–20. Remember, all graduates must register online to participate in commencement ceremonies by Saturday, April 1, at 5 p.m. For more information about commencement, visit case.edu/commencement.
