flier for Crime Control vs. Due Process discussion at CWRUOn Friday, Oct. 3, from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. in Sears Building 356, the pre-law program in the Office of Undergraduate Studies will sponsor a discussion on the conflict between crime control and due process. Guests are:
  • Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Stuart Friedman,
  • County Prosecutor Ronni Ducoff and
  • Public Defender Dan Misiewicz.
