Senior standout Santiago Chabrier is 'people person'
The Plain Dealer: Through a CLiPS outreach program, high school senior Santiago Chabrier has taken part in a polymer internship for the past three years, working with a graduate student on a semi-crystalline polymer to better seal the casing for electronic parts. Chabrier will attend Case Western Reserve in the fall.
