History’s Jonathan Sadowsky appointed to head the American Association for the History of Medicine
Jonathan Sadowsky, Theodore J. Castele Professor of Medical History and chair of the Department of History at Case Western Reserve University, was named vice president and president-elect of the American Association for the History of Medicine.
American Association for the History of Medicine is North America's oldest continuously functioning scholarly organization dedicated to the study of the health professions, disease, and public health.
As vice president, Sadowsky will serve a two-year term until his duties as president begins in spring 2028.
