Bon Appetit Management Co. and the Office of Multicultural Affairs will sponsor an Indian cultural dinner tonight (Friday, Dec. 6) from 5 to 7 p.m. in Leutner Commons.
The menu will include:
- Ginger-Cumin Tomato Soup (tamatar ka shorba),
- Ultimate chicken curry (tamatar murghi),
- Assorted chutneys and raita served with salt-crusted, grilled flat bread (naan),
- Minty-massaged leg of lamb (raan), and
- Funnel cake in saffron syrup (jalebis).
