International Criminal Court judge to lead human rights seminar Nov. 21

The Frederick K. Cox International Law Center invites the campus community to the Klatsky Seminar in Human Rights, “Victims Before International Criminal Courts: A Challenge for International Criminal Justice.” The seminar, led by International Criminal Court Judge Christine Van den Wyngaert, will be held Nov. 21, 4:30-5:30 p.m., in the Moot Courtroom (A59).
