Gov. John R. Kasich and Lt. Gov. Mary Taylor recently recognized International Education Week, proclaiming the value of international education and encouraging Ohioans to join the celebration.
International Education Week is a national celebration of the benefits of international education and global exchange. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Education is an effort to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences in the United States.
The Center for International Affairs continues its celebration of 2014 International Education Week to highlight the diversity of cultural events taking place on campus and in the neighborhood.
Throughout the week enjoy international food in on-campus cafeterias, experience the daily lives of local refugees through a black-and-white photography exhibit in Tomlinson Hall, and win prizes on Facebook and Twitter.

Trip to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Saudi students present a “Trip to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” with Saudi culture, food, clothing, and social life (past and present).

This dark comedy won top prize at Cannes Film Festival. Student Chamber Concert and Reception: Around the World in Music

Celebrate the closing event of International Education Week on campus at a concert at Harkness Chapel featuring chamber music and performers from around the world. There will be a multicultural reception immediately following the performance.
