Rastafarian inmate asks court to keep prison officials from cutting his dreadlocks
cleveland.com: An inmate who practices Rastafarianism and filed a suit for the right to wear his hair in dreadlocks recently asked for a restraining order against prison officials. Interns at the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center are representing the man, as well as another inmate in a similar suit.
