Case Western Reserve University’s Information Technology Services (ITS) invites incoming students to learn about the free technology support available to them.
Students can get help from ITS in three ways:
- Visit help.case.edu for do-it-yourself articles and training resources. Students who are unable to find what they’re looking can “live chat” with a technician.
- Call 216.368.HELP (4357) at any time to speak to an ITS Service Desk technician. Technicians can help students with any of their devices, including smart phones and gaming systems.
- Visit one of two Customer Assistance, Resources and Education (CARE) Centers on campus. CARE Center hours and locations are available at help.case.edu; just click “Visit Us” on the left sidebar for details.
