oSTEM is dedicated to supporting LGBTQ people in STEM fields academically and professionally by creating inclusive communities that nurture innovation, leadership and advocacy. The organization’s mission is to create a campus where LGBTQ people in the STEM community are empowered to achieve success in safe and supportive environments that celebrate their diversity and unique perspectives.

CWRU’s chapter provides mentorship, hosts presentations and offers a friendly community to the underrepresented population of queer students.
