"Keys to a Successful Gap Year"

Considering taking a gap year after graduation to research, scribe, serve, or intern before graduate school or entering the workforce? Attend “Keys to a Successful Gap Year” Friday, Nov. 13, at 12:45 p.m. to learn how to take your career to the next level.

Attendees will first hear tips from Post-Graduate Planning and Experiential Education about locating gap year opportunities, and then join two themed Zoom rooms of choice for breakout sessions to learn about the following gap year programs: ScribeAmerica and Citizenship Health Institute (theme: healthcare); City Year and Teach For America (theme: education); Cleveland Foundation Fellowship and Peace Corps (theme: public service); and College Now Greater Cleveland and Northern Ohio Watershed Corps (theme: AmeriCorps).

Attendees who stay for the duration of the event will be entered into a raffle to have their graduate school exam fees or test prep books paid for. Register for the event via CampusGroups.
