Immigrant shelters drug traumatized teenagers without consent
CNBC: Some immigrant teenagers who crossed the U.S. border and have since been in federal shelters may be prescribed drugs for the trauma they’ve experienced. Jessica Berg, co-dean of the School of Law, commented on whether or not the shelters have legitimate consent.
