Elon Musk offers to buy Twitter for original price, weeks before trial
Washington Post: Anat Alon-Beck, assistant professor of law, said that Elon Musk’s willingness to close the deal with Twitter suggests that he may have realized he was in a weaker position than he wanted to be going into the trial and his deposition. “Musk is finally listening to his lawyers,” she said. “He would be a fool to not at least try to buy the company now and avoid being deposed.”
