Motion seeks judgment in lawsuit involving Facebook page
Athens Messenger: Andrew Geronimo, lecturer in law and director of the law school’s First Amendment Clinic, discussed a motion filed in the clinic’s bro bono defense of a Facebook group that spoke out against a local government in Southeast Ohio. “We asked for evidence and believe there is not enough to move forward,” he said. “The judge can look at the evidence that is submitted and see if a trial is necessary.”
