Vulgar T-shirts, posters raise questions after Cleveland Browns preseason game

Brennan Professor of Law, weighed in on the First Amendment rights of Browns fans wearing offensive language on their T-shirts at games. “I mean, it certainly is to me offensive on a whole host of levels,” he said. “Language, however vulgar, is protected by the First Amendment, even in public spaces.”
